Cleanup Agent

The Cleanup Agent is a tool that automatically runs and removes any temporary files that are no longer in use by Intranet DASHBOARD. The tool can also be manually run to free up hard disk space.


Run Cleanup Agent

This process is conducted through The Admin console of iD. You will need to ensure that you are logged into the admin before conducting this process.  


  1. Select Cleanup Agent from the Utilities menu

  2. A list of the last 5 Cleanup Agent runs and their details will be displayed

  3. Select the Display drop-down to view an extended history of the Cleanup Agent

  4. To manually run the cleanup agent, click Run Cleanup Agent
